Made in Japan in the 80s. NOS with original price sticker.
The barrel is made of stainless steel.
It doesn't come with a converter, a genuine new cartridge will be included.
Sailor ink cartridge is available from major stationary stores.
It's better to thoroughly rinse the pen with clean water before inking and using it.

: Recovered from out-of-business stationary shop. Cosmetic imperfections are expected due to prolonged storage and/or customer's testing. (e.g. oxidation spot, scratches here and there...)
