    A little history:
    The Parkersburg Branch Railroad started operations in 1865 and stopped service in 1912.
    After the Civil War  hundreds of railroad lines starting service all over the country.
    Parkersburg Branch Railroad only operated in 1 state which is indicative of smaller lines, or in some cases lines in larger states.
    This line was formerly part of the B&O main line from Washington to St. Louis. This section and most of the line from Clarksburg to Cincinnati was abandoned in 1985, with rails being removed on this section in 1989.
