Ornate green border and very nice vignette of a steam locomotive and cars crossing a bridge. Size 14 in. by 15 in. on hard, vellum-like bond paper, four void bond coupons remain at bottom edge, text in black, light manuscript cancellation in pale red ink, embossed county seal at lower left, serial number in red ink, three PAID markings in blue-green ink.
