Condition: Issued 15 September 1886. Measures 11- ¾” X 7- 78” with detailed engraving in the borders and denomination printed in lavender. Center vignette features a group of cattle standing together, horseman in the background. Three signatures in ink, stamped signature of the railroad President beneath line. Transfer on back to The Central Trust Co of New York, no readable date. Punch cancelled 1 July 1890. Condition is good with staining and cracking at the top edge, a light center horizontal crease and an incomplete, very light vertical fold. Minor corner creases. No losses or tears beyond the cracking at top edge. A nice presentable copy of this scarce, historical certificate!
