Certificate
Historic Louisville, Kentucky streetcar and trolley operator. Originally began in 1859 as a consolidation of several companies that operated mule-pulled trolleys in Louisville. They slowly acquired rivals and were renamed in 1880 to this company, after consolidating all of their lines into one company. Orange, 50 share certificate issued Dec. 30, 1895. Certificate has full borders on all four sides, which is rare for these as they typically have the left border trimmed into the border, this one does not!!
