This week I will be listing a selection of vintage photos and ephemera, circa 1870s-1910s, from the estate of a Ferres family in Johnstown, NY. The head of the family at the time was John G. Ferres, who owned a hardware store at 118 Main Street, where Vince's Pizza & Pasta is now. There will be interior and exterior photos of the hardware store before and after a fire, the old Cayadutta House hotel, the Ferres family home at 112 S. Market Street, other shots from around Johnstown, a few family photos, and some very interesting large mounted 7x9" photos of the Lake Pleasant area, including the old Sturges House. Other items will include old deeds (one dated 1806), postcards, stock certificates, correspondence, and other paper ephemera. Check my other auctions for more items from this estate

: Two punch holes on the right edge, staple holes top left corner, filing folds
. Very minor wear, clean with no rips, stains, or other damage.
