Can be used for a garden, but as described in the dimensions, these are very heavy, weighing 90 POUNDS EACH and OVER 7 FEET TALL, it is highly reccomended that you install these into a concrete base.
These are over 25 years old and in good condition, with some minor rusting. Depending on your intentions for use they will probably need to be sanded down and repainted.
Has brackets on the base and holes through the top for installation, does not come with bolts.
Their origin or original use is unknown, but from the looks of the heavy duty design they could have been installed in a hotel, apartment building or mansion.
There are no visible markings from the manufacturer; if any, they have been painted over.
