    Description

    Fine Antique Art Nouveau Carved Coral Cameo Ring of Goddess Hera, the Goddess of Marriage and Family.  Hera is facing left, which is a more rare pose, and is carved in exquisite detail in high relief.  The ring face is large and looks fabulous on the hand.  The Coral is a lovely salmon shade with a white vein of color running through the back.  So Beautiful.  The details of the carving remain crisp... the piece has obviously been carefully stored and well cared for.  The shank of the ring is marked in two places 14k.  The ring is size 5 1/4 but can easily be resized by any jeweler.  Truly a wearable work of art to treasure and pass down to the next generation!! A wonderful example of Old World craftsmanship absent in today's mass manufactured pieces.
    Ring face measures approximately 28.7 mm x 16.8 mm.  The coral cameo measures approximately 23mm x 12mm. Weight is 4.5 grams.
