Shipped with USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box.  Runs iOS 9.3.5 (cannot update past this).  Has the normal wear and tear, no screen cracks or major damage to the case. There appears to be a brighter light on the upper most of the screen but does not affect functions or usage.    There is also a small scratch on the screen, again does not affect use.
