This is a vintage original 11x14 in. US lobby card from the classic 1930's pre-code comedy/romance,CARELESS LADY
, released in 1932 by the Fox Film Corporation and
directed by Kenneth MacKenna
. Young and innocent Sally Brown (Joan Bennett) thinks men are only attracted to "experienced" women, so she poses as the wife of an unmarried businessman (John Boles) on a trip to Paris.

, wearing a beautiful deep purple dress with a diamond necklace and earrings. Printed for the film's original 1932 US theatrical release, this vintage original pre-code lobby card is in near-fine condition with one or two pinholes in the corner of each border or in the corner of the background area; a 1 in. horizontal tear on the right border below the center that meets with a 0.75 in. vertical tear above it in the background area; a 1 in. diagonal chip on the bottom left corner and on the top right corner; a small chip on the top border near the right corner; a 0.75 in. diagonal crease on the top right corner; and a 0.75 and 0.25 in. diagonal crease with light signs of wear on the bottom right corner. The beautiful color tints are super-fresh and vibrant without any signs of fading and the lime green background is a nice contrast to the dark purple and black tints.
