DIRECTV offers live 4K channels when used with this LNB. Attaches to ANY Slimline dish and provides 13-tuner capability to Genie DVRs and SWM-capable legacy equipment. Self-configuring, simply remove the old LNB connect it, and reboot all your receivers!
It is expected with this LNB hooked up to a new DIRECTV HR-54 and using a 4K RVU Client or a C61K client box DIRECTV customers will be able to watch live 4K television when it launches after the new year. DIRECTV will soon broadcast on three bands received by a single LNB instead of two, down linking between; Ka = 18.3-18.8 GHz and 19.7-20.2 GHz at 99 and 103WKu = 12.2-12.7 GHz at 101, 110, and 119WRev.
