This is a 5 7/8 " by 3 3/8" color printed advertising ink blotter.
Herman Skau Fancy Groceries Phone 502 Stoughton,Wis.probably circa 1940's.
I offer an enlarged image for better viewing.
The colored border is a 4" by 6" cardboard panel so that all edges of the postcard are visible.
The blotter is unused.
