Out of production now, this part is considered obsolete by the Motor Company, making it pure unobtanium.  The only cosmetic mark I see on the insert is a pin prick of a spot on the shiny outer outer rim by the first

tates.  The United States Air Force graphics are flawless, no marks, no blems.  hardware as pictured included.  The 1 3/4 inch round medallion does not read Harley, initially intended for a fender?  now an included bonus for you to come up with alternative adhesive to stick it anywhere you want to stick it.
