    Description

    DRAIN PAN
The Air Conditioning  drain pan is ideal environments for growing bacteria. Bacteria growth in the drain pan create a cellulite obstruction in witch continued operation in of the AHU will cause the condensate drain pan to overflow, causing water damages to the surroounding areas.
During operation of the AHU , the external air around the AH is greater than the inside pressure, thus outside air will flow into the drain pan through the drain pan outlet, keeping the outlet open.
NO Chemical in the rain pan
    NO float witch needed
    NO Service calls
NO need to buy a new one for replacement unit
AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL DISPENSER  ( ACD )
Air Conditioning Condensate lines are also ideal environments for growing bacteria. The ACD is installed to the external parts of the AHU.
Upon the start of the AHU, the ACD supplies a small mount of Vinegar to the condensate water lines. This Vinegar prevent bacteria growth and also prevent blocking the condensate water lines.
ACD operates with the 24 VAC of AHU.
    NO water damages
    NO Service calls
NO need to buy a new one for replacement unit
The ACD keeps condensate lines pen 24/7
    PROTECTING YOUR COPRESSOR
Your car have a number of red lights sirens.
Your most expensive appliances such as the air conditioning do not have red lights they don't have sirens.
Any part, even small ones fails, can cause major and most expensive components to fail. The Condensing Unit has three major components; the capacitor fan motor and the compressor.
Over one million capacitors fails in US yearly. When capacitor fails, the condenser fan will stops, but compressor keeps running. The compressor gets hot, also cools off and restart. That will repeat few times, but will then the wind burn out and the compressor has to be replaced.
OUR DEVICE CAN DETECT WHEN CAPACITOR FAILS. The Compressor stops Immediately.
    PROTECTING AIR CNDITIONING SYSTEM
Normally when an Air Conditioner is running, freon and oil are leaving he compressor, and the freon and oil are coming back to compressor.
If the AC System is low on freon, the freon is coming back but the oil is not coming back, it stay in the system.
Finally, all the oil is in the system . The compressor has no oil any more you have a "FROZEN COMPRESSOR ". You just lost the compressor.
When Air Conditioning System is low on freon Air Handling Unit's Bottom of the coil temperature is below freezing.
Bottom of the will be below freezing when:
    a) AC system low on freon
    b) Fan motor fails
    c) Dirty coil
    d) Dirty filter
    e) De-Humidistat miss wired
The sensor of our device is located on bottom of the coil of AHU. As  soon as the sensor reaches the pre-set temperature, the contact of the sensor closes and the fuse in control circuit blows, thus interrupting the controlling circuit.
THE AC SYSTEM WILL STOP IMMEDIATELY !
