This is a Honda CB160 Steering Damper Assembly.  Everything in the photos is included.  The plastic knob has 2 chips on the bottom.  These are shown in the photos.

These parts were pulled from a CB 160 with 968 miles on the odometer.  The serial number on the engine is B160E-1068810.  The serial number on the frame is B160-1069018.
