These fleece skate boot covers are lined with Thinsulate for warmth. They have a velcro strap that goes under the skate boot to hold it in place, and elastic around the toe. Simply slip it on your leg before putting your skate on, then pull it down over the skate once it is on and use the velcro strap under the boot to secure it.
They are designed to help keep figure skater's feet warmer while skating. They will also protect your skate boots from blade cuts and scuffs.
