JPT M7 series high power pulsed fiber lasers make use of master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) configuration, and
show excellent
laser performance as well as high level of temporal pulse shaping controllability. As compared to the
Q-switching technology,
the pulse
repetition frequency (PRF) and pulse width can be controlled independently in MOPA
configuration, through adjusting
different combination
of the above parameters, the peak power of laser can be well maintained.
And enable
JPT laser suitable for more material processing which
Q-switch limited. The higher output power makes its
advantages especially in high speed marking applications.

. The laser source was tested before sent. But, it is still 0.7% case happened because
damaged on transportation. If things happen, seller will resend brand new fiber laser source and get back the
broken one. Buyer responsible for assemble it. Seller will stand behind to provide technical support.

A: Yes MOPA M7 can mark in color. Colors are dependent on a myriad of variables including room temperature, temperature of the material, finish of the material, type of material, focus, lens and a host of other things. Not to mention variances between actual individual laser machines. It's a very experiment, experiment, experiment. Ablating is easy and translates pretty well from machine to machine - but specialized anneals there are just so many factors it makes it virtually impossible to give a list and say "here's the magic".

A: Absolutely, the JPT laser source is the most stable and reliable. Also, it’s so quiet that you wouldn’t know if it’s on or off while using EZCAD to create the artwork. If you ever had a RAYCUS machine, you would know what I mean. After 2 minutes, you want to shut it down because it’s so loud.

Q: Can I cut silver, gold or steel plates with it? Not more then 1mm or less thickness?
A: Yes, it does. But, it has burn edge also cooling is important to keep even surface. Suggest to cut material under 0.8mm to have better result.
Q: Does this system come with ezcad2 software? If not, where do I get it and drivers for win 10 pro?

Dongle is no need as we use genuine JCZ control board.
Q: Is the software compatible with mac? I only saw windows but before purchasing this i need to be sure because all I own are macs.
A: Hello, our marking machine software compatible with lightburn, if you use lightburn, it can be compatible with mac.
Q: Will this do a 3D etch?
A: This fiber machine is for 2D engraving support EZCAD2. 3D marking requires machine with 2.5D function and run EZCAD3.
