The roots of this company go back to the Kokomo Electric Company, which was founded in January of 1905 after acquiring the E. S. Huff Company factory in Detroit, Michigan and moving its operations to Kokomo, Indiana. In 1927, the company merged with Kokomo Brass Works and Bryne-Kingston Company to form the Kingston Products Corporation.
The company was best known for its manufacturing of carburetors, vacuum tanks, heaters, oil pumps and governors - which were used in automobiles, trucks and tractors.
