Incorporated in the State of Ohio.
Serial No. 59. “Second Series”
printed along top border. Bearer bond for ,000. 6% per annum, 30-year tax-free bearer coupon bond due 1898. No coupons remain.
Hand signed by both company’s presidents and secretaries. Signed on verso by company Trustees Joseph C. Butler and Lewis Worthington
, with text stating: “…. a
mortgage on the connecting track between the depots of the obligors in Cincinnati ...”
