This material is one-of-a-kind with its distinct heritage and classic features.  This old wood was harvested from old structures and buildings, and still shows beautiful signs of its prior life.  The previous signs of wear add to the wood's classic beauty and antique status, but don't worry, we are careful that the strength and quality of the wood has not been compromised.

Our policy requires a 50% deposit due when the order is placed.  The remaining 50% is due when the order is completed;
no exceptions
.  If you cannot take delivery at the time the finished product is complete, we will store your order for a reasonable period of time.  If additional storage time is needed, an additional charge will be incurred.

We stand behind our products 100%.  If a problem does occur, we act upon it immediately and resolve the issue.  If a product is found to be faulty, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to the customer!
