Each is issued & cancelled . The usual light folds & a couple stray staple holes. There may be a few numbers written in the margin on 1. The bonds will be sent folded once along an existing fold.
Certificate colors will vary as companies issued different color certificates based on share amount (100 share certificates and less than 100 share certificates)
