Mike Singletary Chicago Bears Autographed Pre-Game Honorary Flag

I bought this flag from the son of a gentleman that this was gifted to by the Chicago Bears. The gentleman worked for True Value company in the marketing department. True Value did a lot of sponsoring of the Bears back in the day. The gentleman even had the opportunity to present Walter Payton an award during an on field ceremony (he even gave me pictures from that ceremony)
The story I was told is that this flag was used during a pre-game ceremony and flown during the game outside of the stadium. After the game they lowered the flag gave it to this gentleman and had Singletary autograph it.
All I can go by is his story as I have no photos or anything else to go by.
The autograph looks to be the real deal. The flag is double sided, with the same numbers, letters etc stitched on both sides and measures 3ft x 5ft.
I can only assume this is a one of a kind item. I bought this and a Walter Payton one and just don't have the space to display both. (Payton IS NOT for sale)
