Adidas tagging in collar.  Team name and heat-pressed onto shirt. Team and adidas logo embroidered on. MLS patch pressed on right sleeve and MLS 10th Anniversary patch heat-pressed on left sleeve. Hernandez's name and number is heat-pressed on back.
Hernandez played with Revs from 2002-2003 and 2005-2007, scoring 3 goals. Jersey comes with MLS LOA/COA.
