The New Jersey Warehouse and Guaranty Company was incorporated in New Jersey on February 24, 1870 to purchase and hold real estate; and the erect warehouses, docks, elevators and wharves along the waterfront across from Manhattan.
The company was controlled by the Pennsylvania Railroad.
