We reserve the right to ship any item with signature delivered required.  This expense will be at our own cost.  Unfortunately, we have had some issues in some states that require us to send items with signature delivery.
We don't accept returns on any items unless they are rendered defective, which would typically be an item that is mechanical in nature.  Additionally, certain products such as tub toys or anything having to do with personal hygiene being involved are not eligible for return due to the nature of the product.
Certain items may be eligible for international purchase and shipping under the eBay Global Shipping Program. Any additional shipping and/or import fees will be calculated upon checkout and are calculated through the Ebay Global Shipping Program.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders shipped outside of the USA.  Once the item arrives at the destination for transport from the eBay Global Shipping Program, we have no control over the packaging of the item as it is known that at times, packages are opened by Global Shipping and/or Customs.
