    What is for sale is a 3 to 5 meter  length of premium multi mode (.22NA) fiber optic cable (made by Polymicro – Molex) . Could be great for experiments or educational use. It is made of synthetic fused silica and can transmit 1000's of watts of laser power- from UV to near IR. The core is 800 microns with glass cladding, polymer 2
    nd
    coating, then Tefzel buffer. It is then enclosed in a kevlar outer jacket. The fiber can be stripped and cleaved or polished. Even in large quantities this fiber cost  more then per meter - almost per foot– and the kevlar material is more then per meter. I've seen other fiber on ebay for alot more $.  No returns, no international ship.
