6" x 3 1/2" blotter featuring the 1904 Prohibitionists, with flag and slogans, with the title "I Am For Blotting Out The Saloon!" Ink marks and writing to corners, with some text obscured, upper left corner rounded; verso heavily stained, but a VG copy overall. A rare political third party blotter.
