    Description

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY.
We are selling decorative wall accents that have been lovingly and painstakingly removed from the Gilbert Knitting Mill located on the Erie Canal. The building was built in 1872 and was part of the JJ Gilbert Knitting Empire.
The wall accents have been milled from the flooring and measure 4 1/2"× 3/16"×1',2',3 and 4' lengths. It maintains the original patina and has been double coated with a high quality lacquer, to both preserve it's beauty and to seal in the uniqueness of the patina.
We are offering the wall accents at per SF. installed, or per SF. loose. The installed price is for installation within a 250 mile radius of Little Falls, New York. An additional charge would be added for installations beyond this distance. You can chose from the painted face or the dirty face or a combination of both.
Please be mindful that the panels have the original nail holes, cracks, splits and other imperfections that would be expected from wood that is 144 years old. Therefore they are not perfect but full of character and unique beauty from years of wear and aging.
For the progressive contractor looking to stand out in the crowd, we will sell in bulk and ship anywhere necessary to meet your needs.
    Thank you.
