Looks like the pin piece was repaired/replaced. It measures 1 9/16 inches tall and 1 5/16 inches wide. The agate cameo is spectacular - see how detailed she is. It is framed in 36 pearls. Overall super for age - minor variances in pearl finish with light wear, maybe a small nick at the nape of the back of the neck where the hair line meets the curl that hangs down and maybe a small nick on the end of the last curl at the back of the head where the hair is pulled up - hard to tell but she is stunning - I have uploaded some pretty close up photos. It is a stunning piece - maybe she is a Greek or Roman goddess?
