373 pages --
The story of Baron von Richthofen, Germany's great war bird. Manfred von Richthofen was known as the Red Knight or, more commonly, the Red Baron due to the color of his plane.
As a German aviator in World War I, he was attributed with eighty kills, or enemy planes shot down, and ended up being killed in action in 1918. Appendix after - Table of Richthofen's Victories and Final Defeat.
Hardbound. Considered very good for the age. Black w/ red lettering title and spine. Pages toned due to age. No writing. Covers show bumped corners and some slight discoloration, appears like it could be cleaned.
Very nice book. Great gift idea for the military buff. Please see photos and email with any questions prior to purchase. Thanks
