A note about returns: I am a solo seller, that sells a couple items a day. I'm not a huge seller with several employees shipping out hundred of cell phone cases or chargers. Returning an item because you "changed your mind" or "thought it did something it didn't", really hurts my primary source of income. Cleaning, testing, updating an item and packing an order can easily take 1-2 hours. Returning an item wastes both of our time. A couple minutes of research can usually determine if a product is what you need. Returns are disabled as it encourages the buyer to read the listing rather than "I'll just send it back if its not what I hoped for". I am really reasonable if you contact me if there is something I overlooked in an item, but not so if you open a return. Please let me handle things before you bring ebay into the transaction.
