Indianapolis & Northwestern Traction Company Preferred Stock Certificate.
This is a very nice Unissued preferred Stock Certificate.
The lower left corner has been folded about 2" long.  There is also a fold on the lower right corner of approximately 1".  There also appears to be a faint fold line from roughly 1" above the lower left corner to approximated the middle of the bottom edge.  This is very faint and difficult to see.  This is not going to catch your eye,  you would have to look very closely to see this.
