Unusual Antique Shell Cameo Plaque Scenic -Loose- 37mm x 30mm

Okay so I have had this little Antique beauty in my collection for some time... I was thinking I would have it mounted but never did. Time to pass her along to the next creative soul... This one has an unusual motif... It features a young woman by a shore, a tree overhead and water and houses in the background. This is a shell Cameo (37 x 30 mm) and one can see imperfections in the design- mostly in tree- from organic matter that was once there. I think it only makes it more interesting. Not sure if this was ever set but it would be beautiful even in a simple setting. A few tiny nicks on back edges which would be covered up in the mounting.
