Vintage Movie Lobby Card 1928 / 1929

Movie lobby card for upcoming shows. Films listed are from 1928. Show dates are for the years ending and into the new year.
Movie theatre was in the upper Bronx. The theatre was owned by the Skouras Brothers. In 1928 Warner Brothers bought control of the Skouras Brothers theatres. The brothers worked for Warner Brothers and were a large part of the film industry. More information can be found on Wikipedia.
Poster has two issues there is a tear on the left upper side near the "Dawn" ad. (See photo). And at the lower right side at bottom corner (see photo).
Lobby card measures 14 X 22. Will be sent in a home made frame. Just some good wood nothing fancy. Remember this 1928.
For a 92 year old lobby card I would have to say it's very nice.
