    Same-Day Shipping Policy:
    We will ship orders received by 3:00 PM Pacific Time (6:00 PM Eastern Time) with in 24 hrs (Some exclusions apply)

    Same-Day shipping applies to weekdays only. All orders received between 3:01 PM Friday and 3:00 PM Monday will be shipped on Monday.
    All requests for refunds according to this policy must go through the eBay messaging system. Simply log-in to your eBay account, go to "Purchase History" on the left side of the screen, find the transaction, and select the "Contact Seller" option. Requests must be made within 14 days of the order.
    Only one item per customer per day is eligible for a refund if the part is not shipped on time. For example, if you order 100 items at 2:59 PM and we are not able to get all of them shipped that day, you will only be eligible for a refund on 1 item.

    Orders will be shipped to the address provided by your eBay account. To ship to a different address, please send us a message through the eBay messaging system right away when you place the order.
    We ship via UPS and USPS, and most of our items have free shipping.

    Some items may be available for shipping to Hawaii & Alaska at a flat fee, please send us a message through the eBay messaging system if you would like a quote. Please include your full shipping address and item you wish to purchase in the message.
    We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses at this time.

    What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept payment via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can checkout as a Guest on PayPal using your Credit Card.
    Do you charge Sales Tax?
    We charge 9.0% sales tax on all orders shipped to California. The sales tax may be waived with proof of a valid resale permit subject to Parts Galaxy's approval. Requests to waive sales tax must be made before purchasing the item. We apologize but we are unable to refund sales tax after a purchase is made.
    Returns
    All requests for returns or exchanges must go through the eBay messaging system.
    Simply log-in to your eBay account, go to "Purchase History" on the left side of the screen, find the transaction, and select the "Contact Seller" option. Please contact us before returning any item so we may issue an RMA # and ensure the fastest possible service. Item's returned without an RMA # will not be accepted.
    New and Unused Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase. The items must be in original condition, clean, never having been installed, and complete with no missing components.

Warranty claims over 90 days are eligible for replacement only and require proof of installation by an ASE Certified Mechanic.
